Pick up a Passport Application form at a local participating Post Office branch, fill it in and send it to us with your documents and photos. Countersignature is required. The applicant signs the form first; the countersignatory signs on the same day or later.

Two (2) passport photos
2 Identical colour Passport Size Photos (Photos need to be taken within the past 6 months) only one will need to be countersigned. Also, please feel free to send two countersigned photos as a precautionary measure for any damage / resubmission needs.
Please note: HM Passport Office may ask for additional documents at any time to process your application. Missing documents can delay your application or lead to its rejection, so please send every document on the list.

What documents do I need to renew my UK passport?
To renew your UK passport you send us a completed and countersigned Passport Application form (picked up from a participating Post Office), two identical passport-size photos taken within the last six months with at least one countersigned, a Letter of Authorization carrying an original signature, and your current UK passport and current foreign passports. VisaHQ checks everything before submitting it to HM Passport Office.
How fast can I renew my UK passport with VisaHQ?
Once your documents reach us we submit your renewal directly to HM Passport Office on our 7 Days service and track it in real time. Please note that HM Passport Office may request additional documentation at any time, which can affect the final processing time.
What is the difference between a 36-page and a 50-page passport?
Both books are valid for the same period; a 50-page book simply gives frequent travellers more room for stamps and visas. The government passport fee differs by book size; VisaHQ's service fee is the same for either size. Exact figures are shown before you order.
How much does it cost to renew my UK passport?
There are two separate charges. VisaHQ's service fee covers reviewing your application, submitting it to HM Passport Office on our 7 Days service, and real-time tracking. The government passport fee is charged separately by HM Passport Office and is not included in the VisaHQ fee.
