APlace order for Second Passport

Pick up a Passport Application form at a local participating Post Office branch, fill it in and send it - with your documents and photos.
Countersignature is MUST - Countersignature must be done by the application form is signed by the applicant. The date the applicant signs the form must be equal or older than the countersignature date.

BTwo (2) passport photos

2 Identical coloured Passport Size Photo (Photo need to be taken recently), each of them will need to be countersigned.

Please make sure that the signature at the back of the photo won't be visible from the front. Also, do not staple or use clips as they could mark the photo and make it unacceptable for the Passport Office.

CLetter of Authorization 

Authorization letter for passport collection (must have original signature). Please leave collection person blank.

DCopy of each page of the first passport

The Passport Office reserves the right to ask for any additional documents or change the regulation at any time.

EJustification Letter

Justification Letter explaining the need for the applicant to hold 2 UK passports - MUST carry original signature. Please click here for sample Letter.

Please note: The Passport Office reserves the right to ask for more documentation at any time in order to process your application. Failure to provide the required documents can either cause a delay or a rejection, so please provide documentation to the best of your ability.
