Original, signed United Kingdom passport. Passport must have at least 6 months remaining validity on the date of travel and have at least 1 visa page clear of any markings.

Passport Photo: 2 Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or itinerary.

Yellow Fever Vaccination. Copy of International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.

Personal Invitation. If visiting friends or family, you must provide letter of invitation with the contact information of the host and visitor, who is responsible for the expenses, purpose and duration of the visit, confirmation of accommodation including the address, signature and date. You will also need to provide proof of the host's status in South Sudan ie. copy of their South Sudan passport's information page, or, if they are not a citizen of South Sudan, copies of their South Sudan residence permit and their national passport's information pages.

Bank Statements. Original bank statements from the past 3 months and a copy of these statements (no online statements accepted). The most recent statement should show evidence of sufficient funds for travel.

Employement/ Student/ Business letter. For employees: Employment certificate from your employer in the UK For students: Copy of a recent letter confirming that the applicant is attending the school For business owners: Copy of the last Income Tax as substitute of the employment letter

Hotel Reservation. A photocopy of the hotel reservation confirmation in South Sudan
