Ukraine Visa for India passport holder living in United Kingdom

Ukraine visa application form. Completed application form for Ukraine will be prepared within 5 business hours of order submission, and emailed to you to download, print and sign.

Original, signed India passport. Passport must have at least 6 months remaining validity on the date of travel and have at least 1 visa page clear of any markings.

Passport-type photograph: 1. A digital copy of your photo MUST be uploaded upon completion of your order.

Proof of Status. Original ILR card or other proof of resident status in the UK, this should be valid for more than 6 months after your return from Ukraine.

Itinerary. Copy of purchased round trip tickets or itinerary (Applicant's name and confirmation number must be on itinerary).

Travel Insurance. Proof that the applicant is a holder of (or is entitled to benefit from) a valid medical/travel insurance policy to cover Ukraine and the period of stay (the policy should provide a minimum of €30 000 or equivalent coverage).

Bank Statement. Copy of a bank statement for 2 recent months, not older than 1 month.

Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations including name of the applicant, name and address of the hotel, duration of stay.

Previous visa. If you have previously obtained a visa to Ukraine it is recommended that you provide a copy, in order to obtain as long a duration as possible, at the Embassy's discretion.

Passport copy. Two (2) photocopies of the bio-data page of applicant’s passport.
