Norway visa application form. Upon order completion, please download, print and sign Norway visa application, prepared by our system under your account.
Original, signed India passport. Passport must have at least 6 months remaining validity on the date of travel and have at least 1 visa page clear of any markings.
Passport-type photograph: 2 recent (not older than 3 months), passport-size, UK standard, colour photo with white or grey background.
Proof of Status. Original ILR card or other proof of resident status in the UK, this should be valid for more than 6 months after your return from Norway.
Itinerary. The full version of itinerary, showing exact dates of travel, sent directly from airline or travel agent. Please note that the number of entries on your visa will be based upon your itinerary.
Hotel reservation. Copy of confirmed and fully paid hotel reservations including the name of the applicant, name and address of the hotel, duration of stay.
Signed cover letter and payment receipt. After paying the fee you will receive an email confirming that the application has been registered
successfully. Attached to this email is a pdf document which is a cover letter. This document needs to be
printed out, dated and signed. Please remember to bring this letter with you to your scheduled appointment,
and the payment receipt.
Evidence of occupation / student status. Proof of your current occupation in the Norway, a letter from your employer which must be original, not older
than 1 month and hand signed - electronic/digital signatures will not be accepted. If your employer will be
financially responsible for you during your stay(s) in Norway / Schengen states and / or has health
insurance for you (must be valid in all Schengen states and have a minimum cover of EUR 30,000), the
employer should confirm this in this letter.
If you are a student in the UK: An original letter from your college or university confirming your status /
If you are self-employed: A letter from your solicitor, accountant, the Inland Revenue, etc.
If you are unemployed: Proof of income from DSS.
Documents required minors.
-Child birth certificate. Full birth certificates issued outside the EU must be duly translated into English and
legalized by The Embassy of Norway / Embassy of the origin country in the UK. These documents must
be original only.
-Letter of consent for travel date, date of return, etc. from other parent if only one parent is attending to
apply for visa along with the child at the Norway visa application centre.
-Passport copies of both parents must be provided.
-Or sole custody agreement in case of single parents.
-Fully booked and paid return flight tickets;
-Fully booked and paid hotel reservation OR a letter of invitation in original by your host in Norway, signed
by him/her and with a photocopy of his/her valid I.D. and his/her residence permit in Norway if non-EUcitizen;
-An original reference letter by school, College or University addressed to ‘The Embassy of the Republic of
Norway in London’.
-Travel insurance covering the intended period of stay with a minimum coverage of EURO 30,000 for
emergency hospital and repatriation expenses.
-A photocopy of the documentation
All supporting documents must not be older than 1 month.
Bank statements. Original or copy of original three months bank statements, including the current month. They need to include the full address and name of the applicant, bank transactions and salary. The final balance needs to be of at least £600 plus it needs to show sufficient funds to pay the cost of the accommodation if not paid yet at the time of submission of the application. The bank statement should be stamped by the issuing bank.
Travel insurance (all-risk medical travel insurance). The travel insurance (Europe Schengen level 2 insurance) must be issued in the UK only – clearly showing the applicant’s name - has to be valid throughout the complete territory of the Schengen Area and must cover the entire period of the applicant’s intended stay in the Schengen Area; the minimum coverage for medical emergency and repatriation (in case of death clause included) must be €30,000
