Barbados Visa for Cook Islands passport holder living in United Kingdom

Original, signed Cook Islands passport. Passport must have at least 6 months remaining validity on the date of travel and have at least 1 visa page clear of any markings.

Passport Photo: 1 Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.

Proof of status. Proof of resident status in the UK or Ireland (Passport or UK/Ireland residence card) along with a photocopy.

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary.

Employement/ Student/ Business letter. For employees: Employment certificate from your employer in the UK
For students: Copy of a recent letter confirming that the applicant is attending the school
For business owners: Copy of the last Income Tax as substitute of the employment letter.

Additional Documents for Children under 18.
- A copy of Birth Certificate.
- Letter of Consent. An ORIGINAL consent letter signed by both parents / guardians, specifying who will be travelling with the child and authorizing the trip.
- Copies of both parents' passports.

Marriage Certificate. A copy of applicant's Marriage Certificate (if applicable for spouse).

Personal letter. The letter must be formally addressed to 'The Chief Immigration Officer' Careenage House, the Wharf Road, Bridgetown, Barbados outlining the purpose of visit, the proposed date of entry and the duration of visit. The letter must be originally signed.
