Fill out Philippines tourist visa application form online
and send the following documents to VisaHQ:

Original, signed Ghana passport. Passport must have at least 6 months remaining validity on the date of travel and have at least 1 visa page clear of any markings.

Original passport. valid for more than nine (9) months, with two (2) free consecutive
pages in order to apply the visa. Copies of the main pages of the passport
with details of visas and stamps of previous travels must be included.

Proof of Status. Scanned copy of ILR card or other proof of resident status in the UK, this should be valid for more than 6 months after your return from Philippines.

Proof of Status. Original ILR card or other proof of resident status in the UK, this should be valid for more than 6 months after your return from Philippines.

Original Proof of Status. Original Proof of Residency in the UK (stamped in passport or residence permit card) valid for a munimum of 3 months from departure date from Philippines.

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or detailed itinerary for the duration of the trip (Applicant's name must be on itinerary).

Bank Statement. Copy of a recent bank statement showing proof of sufficient fund (£1000 minimum).

Hotel Reservations. Copy of hotel reservations (Applicant's name must be on Hotel Reservation).

Original bank statements. Original last 3 months bank statements showing enough funds to travel and your full UK address.

Scanned copy. Upload a digital copy of your passport and photo.

Holders of valid and existing immigrant and non-immigrant visas are advised to check with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration (website: immigration.gov.ph / email: xinfo@immigration.gov.ph or immigPH@gmail.com) to determine whether they are eligible to return to the country at this time and for any additional entry requirements.
Please note that the entry of all qualified foreign nationals shall be subject to the regulations issued by the LATF and the Bureau of Immigration.

N.B.: Kindly note that who wants to apply for a Multiple entry visa won't be able to do it unless he/she has already been granted a Single entry visa by the Philippines Embassy at least once. Entry stamps obtained at the airport won't be considered as visas.
