Fill out Gabon tourist visa application form online
and send the following documents to VisaHQ:

Application Form. For online orders, please download, print and sign Gabon visa application, prepared by our system under your account.

Passport. A copy of the passport data page, the passport should be valid for at least six (6) months.

Photo requirements.Two (2) current passport-sized photos (in colour).

Proof of Address. The Applicant must provide a proof of their address in the UK in the form of a recent utility bill.

Itinerary. Return ticket or reservation stating dates of arrival and departure to and from Gabon.

Yellow Fever Vaccination. Original International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever and Cholera.

Proof of accommodation. Hotel reservation or invitation letter or accommodation certificate “Certificat d’hébergement”.

Bank Statement. Copy of last 3 months bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds.

Proof of Studies. Official letter from the school, college, university or proof of enrolment for the entire upcoming school year (for students only).

Employment Letter. A copy of a letter from your employer on business letterhead, with contact details, purpose and duration of the trip and that you will be returning to your current job. If you are self-employed, please include a copy of your business license and tax return. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.
Applicant(s) under 18 years of age must provide:
• Letter of consent from the parents authorizing the minor to travel to Gabon
• Certificate of registration (from the school, university…)
• Photocopy of passport or ID card from the two parents.
• Photocopy of the minor’s birth certificate
• Proof of sufficient funds to cover the costs of stay in Gabon.
