Original, signed Antigua and Barbuda passport. Passport must have at least 6 months remaining validity on the date of travel and have at least 1 visa page clear of any markings.

Bank Statement. Copy of last 3 months bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds. The documents shouldn’t be older than 1 month.

Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union. If applicable. Provide Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union for common-law partners. This form can be found here.

In case of sponsored trip. Sponsorship letter duly dated and signed, supported by the following sponsor documents: passport (copy), employment letter, last 3-month original bank statements. The documents shouldn’t be older than 1 month.

- Original Birth Certificate.
- Letter of Consent. An ORIGINAL consent letter signed by both parents / guardians, specifying who will be travelling with the child and authorizing the trip.

Please be advised that the Canadian Embassy may extend the processing time at their discretion. Additional documents and a personal interview may also be requested.
